The Sunflowers Room is home to our preschoolers, children who have turned 3 by the 1st September and who will be transitioning to school in the following September.

We recognise the importance of preparing children for their transition to “big school”. The Sunflower Room is set up with a greater emphasis on literacy & mathematics activities. There is access to the outdoors environment, home corner, sand & water play, construction and reading corners where children can listen to stories and engage in circle time activities underneath the story tree.
